If Icouldn't give astar, Iwouldn't! Iwent today 08/28at12:25pmand was very poorly attended byan employee super disinterested inattending tomy family, she only responded byshaking her head, and wewanted 4new lines!! weleft the store without acell phone!! terrible service!!

Store not open atnoon onSunday asposted ontheir door. Iwouldn't even have togoin, but their dumb app and calling inboth don't recognize myWoodforest bank card. Only the storesdo.

Horrible Customer service provided bythe girl atthe counter; she was very unprofessional and had abad attitude.
I qualified for free phones when Isigned upwith them; however, she never mentioned the promotion tome (later Ifound out online).
The followingday, Iwent tothe store and the same girl told methat Idon’t longer qualify for the free phones because they can offer them only atthe time ofthe enrollment.
This isthe worst customer service experience Iever had; maybe that’s whythis store isempty all the time.
I will definitely cancel the service with this company. I’m pretty sure wehave alot ofcellphone options out there.
Don’t waste your time and money.

Worst experience ever. Icame topay mybill, the girl with glasses atthe counter was onher phone, soI asked topay mybill nicely without trying tobotherher. Just a$73bill, she refused mymoney stating she has nochange. This ismy business line and Ihave other lines onthe same account. Today isthe due date. She did not care about myaccount oreven the situation that was the lack oftime forme.Proceeded topoint meto another metropcs 30minutes away WHILE Iam atthisone. Ihad tospend $25atthe next store toget change topay for aprepaid phone bill! Icame back topay with exact change and still got anattitude. Iwill recommend anyone with MetroPCS toavoid this place atall costs. Ihave never dealt with anyone soignorant inthe past especially when Iam paying them!… – show00

Highly recommend coming tothis MetroPCS versus the others inthe area. Walked intold the guy what Iwas looking for and hegave methe answers Ineeded without trying torip meoff like Ihave heard some ofthe other MetroPCS stores have. Very friendly staff and great customer service.
