I recently went shopping atthe Carolina place mall and decided tostop inSephora toget aquick foundation and contour cream. Yasmin greeted mewith asmile and was able tomatch mewithout testing (since COVID they cannot let you sample colors). She perfectly matched meto Huda beauty's foundation color. Ihave never had someone tomatch mycolor soperfectly just bylooking atthe bottle. This girl knows her stuff! Thanks Yasmin for helping meout! Iwill beback!

If you want any type ofcustomer service from here, you better not show upin your work clothes. Iwork inhealthcare and stopped after work for some retail therapy. Nobody working inSephora would give mythe time ofday..even when Iasked about aproduct. Another lady came inafter medressed tothe nines and there were 2employees who were all about helpingher. You lost mymoney! Iwill bestrictly shopping Ulta from nowon.

Customer service was wack. The lady acted like she didn't want tohelp mefrom the jump. They didn't have what Iwanted but Iwas going tobuy some other items. Decided not togive her mysale. Never experienced this ata sephora before.

Firstoff, Ionly visited Sephora inside JCP because Iwas given agift card that you can only use ATSephora inJCP. The store was disgusting. Point blank. Itwasn’t busy and apparently the two employees had time todiscuss work drama behind the counter instead ofcleaningup. Also, half the product isout ofstock sothat means that itlooks like atoddler ransacked every shelf. Ifyou’re shopping atthis store, you’re only 6miles from aREAL Sephora and Isuggest you just invest the gas andmiles tohave adecent shopping experience.… – show

Worst Sephora experience ever!! Icalled toget inventory first time Iget hung upon, Ifigure must bean accident. Second time they tell methey have the item Iwant instock. Idrive topick itup tobe told they don’t have any and the lady who Ispoke with didn’t even check. Disappointed.

I was here today toget amakeover for mydaughter for her graduation pics and because Ididn't schedule anapt, they wouldn't helpus. Even though the store was empty. Never coming back here. Went toMerle Norman inCarolina Place and they seated her right away!

They have some products that the south park Sephora doesn’t have. Easily schedule custom make overs online through jcpenny website. The only downside isthat this location always seems tobe lacking product instock and the displays tend tobe very messy. The product samples seem tobe dried out/empty. Inotice alot ofteens wander inso this probably does not help matters. Being arogue member I’ve had amake over with three different cast members. It’s also nice that they never pressure metobuy anything, but are helpful inrecommending items ifIask.… – show

Do not shop here unless itis alast resort. Customer service islacking, serious lack ofstock even inthe items they carry. EVERYTHING ISDIRTY, SWATCHED, ORUSED. Itrust nothing here unless itis completely sealed. This isnot upto Sephora standards and should beshut down tomake some serious changes before someone gets aninfection.

I love this Sephora. They are always friendly, & willing tohelp you from everything from picking the right shade offoundation, ora good brow pencil. Ifthey are out ofstock onsomething, they help you find another product suited tofit your needs, ororder itforyou. Iorder the Sephora Play Box which comes with 5different items depending onyour beauty profile, & acard toredeem instore for 50extra beauty points. The Play Box only costs $10amonth. The box has really helped meexpand into other brands Imay not have paid much attention tootherwise. Love how everything isset upin the store soyou are able totest products before purchasing them. Love this location. Although small and not equipped with the same stock asother full locations, the stafff isalways super helpful, informative and friendly. And they had the foundation shade Ineeded when itwas listed asout ofstock online! Love this place!
